Grow your business with Lunch 44!

That’s right everyone. On May 28th The Coach will be forty-four!

I’ve decided to put my midlife crisis on hold until a more appropriate time. This way I can really make sure to maximize it’s effectiveness. I always say “if you can’t do it right, don’t even show up!” I reserve the right however to “Go Postal” some time before I reach fifty.

So you might ask “what are you going to do to celebrate the BIG forty-four Marvin?” I’m glad that you asked! In the grand Coach Powell style I’ve decided to give away 44 hours of FREE Coaching to any of my friends and I’m calling it-you guessed it Lunch 44. That’s right I’m giving away forty-four lunch hours at my local Panera Bread here in good old Centreville, VA.

If you are interested in taking your business up a notch and getting some great perspective on what it takes to be phenomenally successful today then jump on this now. My good accountant tells me that I make about $96.80 and hour. That’s close to a $4400 gift. How appropriate! Shoot me an email here and type "Lunch 44" in to the subject line or call at 703-201-4267. To get your Coach Powell stimulus money! I’m already booked for the next couple of days but I’ve got plenty of space coming up.

Important note: I won’t be paying for your lunch and you won’t be fattening me up either. We’ll go Dutch:-)!

Problems we've attacked so far

So far we've been able to help deal with the following questions:
  1. What do we do about recruiting the right kind of talent?
  2. How can I put an advisory board together?
  3. What kind of partners should I be looking for?
  4. What kind of target market should we go after?
  5. How do we use social media to create more excitement?
  6. How do we use special events to market our expertise?
  7. What needs to be done to connect better with clients and suppliers?
  8. How can I use social media to define and find my market niche?
  9. How can I avoid work interruptions and increase productivity?
  10. How do I get more attention from my social media posts?

“Marvin is an excellent business coach. He listens, listens, listens, and then provides you with the tools that you need to succeed. Marvin is truly a wealth of knowledge and an inspiration. He is one of the few people I know that truly wants YOU to be successful. After each coaching session you are walking away with the "Powell" factor - Inspired and motivated to press towards your next goal!”

"Here I was, a recently retired government employee now embarking out on my own as a management consultant. Marvin guided me in moving away from a Jack-of-All-Trades to more of a trusted advisor with more specific focuses of specialization. This was an essential transition for me; and a difficult one. Marvin kept me focused and directed. He did what a great coach does...keep me on track and accountable. Through his efforts, I am now able to present myself and my services in a manner that is far more desirable and acceptable to potential private sector clients. Oh...by now you've noticed that Marvin is well-connected both locally and here on LinkedIn. He was most generous in establishing new networking opportunities and connections to help me establish teaming and partnership possibilities. Bottom line: If you want results, hire Marvin immediately!”

"Marvin’s passion and genuine interest for the advancement of small businesses and professionals are key ingredients for his success. Marvin has helped me through very challenging business phases - as I continue to work on building my businesses. Marvin is always willing to offer assistance, answer questions and challenge you. He is a community leader, a great speaker and mentor. He is an asset to our business community and I recommend him for anyone in need of serious business coaching.”
